Evening Puja

Sunday and Thursday 6:30p – 7:30p PT

Join for a group evening practice session in the monastic format.
We will begin with some chanting, then sit together in silence for approximately 45 minutes and close by sharing the merits of our practice.

Please note that you need to be signed into a Zoom account to join. The Zoom room will be open a few minutes before the start.
Please find what works for you with the online format. For example, you are welcome to have your camera on or off and to orient to the screen or not. If any of the elements of practice are unfamiliar or uncomfortable, please adapt as needed. You are welcome to chant along or just listen, to bow or not as feels right for you.
